A Morocco-based app combining food delivery, airport baggage transport, and flight booking in one place, with companion apps for riders and drivers.
The challenge
Travellers and everyday users in Morocco were juggling separate apps for food delivery, getting bags moved between airports, stations, or hotels, and booking flights — three different logins, three different experiences, for needs that often show up together on the same trip.
What I built
I built BladiGo as one app that covers all three: on-demand food delivery from local kitchens, baggage transport that connects travellers arriving at airports or train stations with a trusted driver, and flight booking with a simple, price-conscious flow. Alongside the customer app, I built companion driver apps — one for delivery riders, one for baggage drivers — with optimised routes and instant order updates.
The result
BladiGo shipped as a live, multi-sided platform — one customer app plus two dedicated driver apps, published on both iOS and Android — turning three separate errands into a single trip-friendly experience.
