- Information collected automatically. When you submit a form we may record technical context such as your browser's user agent, the referring page, and marketing parameters (e.g. UTM tags) to understand how people find us.
2. How we use your information
- To respond to your enquiries and provide the services or audits you request.
- To send you our newsletter, if you subscribed (you can unsubscribe at any time).
- To improve our website, offerings, and understand which channels bring us enquiries.
3. How we store and protect it
Form submissions are stored securely in our database (hosted by Supabase). Access is restricted, and the submission form can only add records — it cannot read existing ones. We keep your data only as long as needed to serve your request or as required by law.
4. Sharing
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers who help us operate (for example, our database host and email delivery provider), and only as needed to deliver our services. We may disclose information if required by law.
5. Your choices & rights
You can unsubscribe from our newsletter using the link in any email, and you can ask us to access, correct, or delete the information we hold about you. Contact us and we'll act on reasonable requests.
6. Cookies
We use a small first-party preference cookie to remember when you dismiss or complete the newsletter invitation. It prevents the invitation from repeatedly appearing and is not used for advertising or cross-site tracking.
