The challenge
A mid-sized retail chain with locations nationwide was running on an outdated, error-prone system. Stock counts drifted, sales opportunities slipped through the cracks, and without real-time insight, customer service suffered right where it mattered most.
What I built
I built cutting-edge POS software to replace it: real-time inventory that stays accurate across every location, live sales tracking, and reporting that gives managers the numbers they need when they need them. The system was designed for multiple sites from day one, not retrofitted for scale later.
The result
Stock discrepancies dropped, fewer sales slipped away, and the chain moved from firefighting inventory problems to actually managing the business. Real-time data replaced end-of-day guesswork.
