The role
At DevAims I focused on the backend — architecting and developing the robust systems behind the company's software products. Working with cross-functional teams, I designed scalable, efficient backends that stayed reliable under real-world load.
What I built
I developed RESTful APIs and microservices to connect front-end applications with backend systems, designed and optimised database schemas across MySQL, MongoDB, and PostgreSQL, and applied security and performance best practices. Highlights included leading the backend of an enterprise ERP system and a customisable CMS for a media company.
