AI agents that actually book leads

Most “AI” on business websites is a chatbot that greets you and then can’t help. That’s not what I build. An AI agent worth having does one clear job extremely well — screening an enquiry, answering the same three questions people always ask, and putting a booked call on your calendar.

The trick isn’t a smarter model. It’s scope. I ground the agent in your real services, your tone, and your FAQs, connect it to your calendar and CRM, and put a human handoff exactly where it belongs. Narrow and reliable beats broad and flaky every time.

The measure of success is boring and specific: how many good leads did it not drop, and how many hours did it hand back? If it can’t answer those, it’s a gimmick, not an agent.
