By installing or using Smart Chat Assistant you agree to these terms.
1. The service
Smart Chat Assistant is a Chrome side-panel extension with Chat, Rewrite, Grammar, Summarize and Explain modes. It is offered as a Free plan and a paid Pro plan that includes access to the hosted AI models.
2. Payments
Pro is sold through Polar, which acts as merchant of record and processes payments and tax. Your purchase is also subject to Polar's terms. You can manage or cancel your subscription in the Polar customer portal.
3. License key
Your license key is for your own use. Please do not share it publicly.
4. AI output
Replies are generated by an AI and may be wrong or incomplete. Check anything important before relying on it.
5. Liability
The service is provided as is, without warranties, and to the extent permitted by law we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.
